Pomeranians are small and have trachea issues so it is recommended that they wear harnesses instead of collars. Theo and I go to dog parks and on frequent long walks and lately, I have noticed that more and more dogs (both big and small) are wearing Puppia harnesses. I love Puppia. They offer a fantastic variety of colors. I ordered the Spring Blue one for Theo and he thinks it is comfortable and wears it on every walk. I may get the camouflage one soon (I am tired of everyone thinking he is a girl!). Theo wears the small and it fits well and also has adjustable straps in case he grows a bit.

If you’re more of a collar person, my friend really likes Bella Bean collars. Theo’s best friend Oliver wears them and he looks very handsome. The only issue is that her last BB collar only lasted about 3-4 months before it started tearing.
